I am an integrative counsellor which means that I am trained in several theories of counselling. I aim to challenge you to explore your issues to gain the most from your therapy; having access to so many techniques, strategies and models of counselling means I can tailor your counselling to meet your individual needs.
Counselling can help with so many challenges in life. Talking to a person outside of your friends, or family circle can help you to work through and make decisions about your worries without the concern you might upset someone or be judged for your thoughts and feelings.
My approach to counselling is to help you to explore any issues you have, no matter if you think they are large or small. I am respectful and non-judgemental. I will work alongside you in a collaborative journey towards making life more comfortable.

We will work together to build a professional relationship in which you feel safe to share your concerns freely. As a member of the British Assoc. for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am bound by its ethical framework for good practice.
I have been in practice since 2015. I work with adults. I use the core models of CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches to counselling as well as some Transactional Analysis (TA).
